    Hi Marian,

    Thanks for the feedback and detailed request (I also read the ticket you had with Diosa about the same topic)

    Although there isn't anything in the roadmap to address this, you can solve this problem using our Javascript API.

    You can use the setOnChatEnd API to fire events once the chat has ended, including triggering a message on your site with whatever copy you want. You can combine that with window.hide so the window gets minimized once the chat ends.

    The chat session inside of Zopim only ends when the visitor ends the chat themselves or the session times out. 

    An alternative approach that doesn't involve using the API is to update the copy in your goodbye/thank you text in the shortcut to comment on if they have any other requests to start a new chat request.
