    Hi there Timothee,

    Sorry to hear that you are dealing with spoofers/attackers. The Chat product have features like domain whitelisting that can prevent a bad actor to put your widget on a page you don't want it to be located on.

    However, there isn't much we can do from a product perspective to block new accounts from having a similar look and feel to your widget. 

    The best course of action is to reach out to us when you detect a website and we will pursue cancelling their account. You can reach out to us at support@zendesk.com for these scenarios.
