Embed prechat forms on website and send them directly to the livechat after customer filled them out.

    Hi Vexisa,

    You will want to build your own form and then set the information in the widget using the Javascript APIs.

    If you are using the Chat standalone widget, you will find the docs here: https://api.zopim.com/files/meshim/widget/controllers/LiveChatAPI-js.html

    You will want to use the APIs like setName/setEmail (same fields that are on the pre-chat form, without having to turn it on).

    ok so i checked the whitelist and chat is working but now I have two visible widgets... one is the original avatar and now i have a bar showing live chat? .. where has this second one come from?
