    Hi Nanda,

    I see you have created two support tickets for this. I am guessing you are talking about the mobile Chat SDK, correct?

    The widget, Web SDK, and Web Widget do have real time queue numbers but the mobile SDK does not currently support it.

    The Mobile SDK team are planning to build a new version of the Chat SDK that should include the real time queue position. No timeline to share, but it most likely will be at the tail end of the year or early 2019.
