Logged in users(agents) list API for zendesk support

    Hi Santhosh,

    Have you looked at the Session APIs? https://developer.zendesk.com/rest_api/docs/core/sessions

    You would need to know the list of the agent's user id and then query to see if they have an active session.

    There are no real time API equivalent in Support that the Chat product currently has.

    Hi Ramin Shokrizadeh,

    I am using zendesk API for online users find like following 

    api is:  /api/v2/sessions 

    This api showing last 3 days before logged in user lists also. 

    They already logged out, That persons list also displaying. 

    Please help me to find needful.

    Hi Santhosh,

    It could be they signed out of Chat but did not logout of the global Support session. Please email support@zendesk.com and somebody from the team will help you with your questions regarding the Sessions API.
