I have tried Zendesk Chat on my website, which is still a work in progress. It is a wordpress site. It worked marvelously during and the few days following the trial period. I enjoy a lot the smart phone app. At one point I created a zendesk support account and linked my existing zendesk chat account to the newly created one.
From that point on, the chat would always be offline (in leave a message mode) even though I would be logged in (on PC or cellphone). I unlinked the two accounts, deleted the zendesk support one as I didn't really need it. Uninstalled the plug in, cleaned the cache. Nothing works. No one can chat even though I am online - it remains on ''leave a message mode''.
Now I fully intend to purchase the basic plan once my site is completed and ready to be launched. I like the triggers functions too much. However... if I can't get it to work on my site again, there is just no point.
Any help will be appreciated.
