    Hi,

    I have the same problem here for about 2 weeks.

    Even with my browser closed, it stays online for my visitors.

    Did you find a fix?

    Hi. Now the problem became more serious. Although I change the status to offline, the chat keeps online, losing the contacts of users. Please help.

    Hi,

    If you use sometimes the mobile app, try to logging in and logging out on the app.

    This fixed my issue 2 months ago.
