    Hi there Sergio,

    There is an option for the visitor to send the chat transcript in the widget under the 'Options' dropdown. Agents also have the ability to send the chat transcript from the History tab.

    If you use Chat and Zendesk Support together, you can use the automatic ticket creation to send the transcript automatically once the chat has ended. You can learn more about that integration here: https://chat.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/223414387-Setting-up-Zendesk-Support-in-Chat
