Visitor List
RespondidaCan something be done to save the visitor list of visitors that come and view the site. Instead of just erasing that data if they do not initiate a chat. This would help us out. Please advise

Hi Greg,
Can you explain what you would want to do with that data? If you have Google Analytics or Heap Analytics on your site, a lot of the analysis for visitors who did not engage in a chat could be done there.
