    Hi there Jordi,

    Thanks for your feedback regarding the incoming chat/message browser notifications and that you are running into situations where you miss the notification. 

    Unfortunately, we have no plans to automatically popout the dashboard when a message comes in and have no plans to build a desktop client.

    If your agents are away from their desk, they could look into using our mobile apps to get push notifications. We have an app for Android and iPhones.
