    Hi there Jake,

    That sounds strange, when a proactive message is sent either manually from the visitor list or via a trigger the window should open automatically.

    Here is a GIF to show what it should behave like:

    Are you using the Javascript API with the widget? Your code code be preventing it from opening up depending on how you implemented it.

    For our customer we als would like to have this. how can i check if this is enabled/blocked?
