Pop up widget when admin initiates chat
RespondidaIs there a way to automatically pop up the Zopim chat widget when an admin initiates chat with a user? For example, you can start chatting with someone you see in the Visitor List, but the person cannot see the message unless they open/maximize the widget. Is there a way to change that? Thank you!

That sounds strange, when a proactive message is sent either manually from the visitor list or via a trigger the window should open automatically.

Are you using the Javascript API with the widget? Your code code be preventing it from opening up depending on how you implemented it.
