I can´t get dashboard
RespondidaI can´t get in the dashboard. I have Windows 10. My antivirus is the ESET NOD32. Antivirus 9. What I should do?

Hi Adrian,
ESET actually has a bug with their protocol filtering that breaks services that require websocket connections (like Zopim).

The ESET team are aware of the issue and based on the post in their forums, a fix on their end should be released soon.
In the meantime, you can temporarily disable protocol filtering or use a different anti-virus product.
