I can not log into the dashboard

I have the Zopim 's FREE account and can only log into the account ... But I can not log into the dashboard .
I've tried other browser's and always returns the same message.

I'm in Brazil and use windows 7 and has deactivated the antivirus

Are you using ESET Nod32 on your computer? ESET actually has a bug with their protocol filtering that breaks services that require websocket connections.

Their team are aware of the issue and based on the post in their forums, a fix on their end should be released soon.
In the meantime, you can temporarily disable protocol filtering.
