    The Pro Active Ticket app allows you to create campaigns to reach out to customers. First you create a target list of customers, then use the app to create a ticket on their behalf.

    The app is not supported by Zendesk and requires you to be on the Professional or Enterprise Plan and have an add on to get generate the customer lists. So it may not be suitable for you at this time.

    Thanks for your reply, however this solution doesn't answer to my need.

    Is it plan to have the "Sent an email to the user organization" option in the trigger action?

    All others options are available in the “Sent an email" action but not this one which would be very useful.

    Sorry, but I do not have an insight to Zendesk's development plans.

    Hello Audrey,
    To do this without the app, Zendesk has email target options, you could create targets that includes the organisation emails you wish to target, then this target can be used in a trigger. Or possibly target a distribution list.
    I realize this is not what you are asking, but others may be interested too and be able to use this.

    Could you elaborate further on the target/trigger facility? My query would be regarding the use of Zendesk to send new release updates to specific organisations.

    Depending what plan you are on perhaps, you can create a 'target' (Gear Icon> Settings>Extentions) - create an email target.  This can be used to send notifications about tickets.

    New release updates sounds more like a mailing list... not sure that this would want to be done through a ticket.
