    Cris and Oscar – this is now available in all accounts, so you should see it if you create or edit side conversation actions.

    I just went to create a Macro, and I don't see requester as one of the fields that I can set.

    Hey James, it shows up as the "To" field in the macro configuration:

    Are you not seeing that field?

    I am not.

    There is neither a To field, nor a Requester field available.

     

    To be clear, I'm trying to create a ticket macro, so that when you open a new ticket, all the information on the left is populated correctly for a specific type of outbound contact.  This includes setting the requester to a particular person.

    James Cory Oh, I see, I don't believe setting the requester is available on tickets via a macro. This post is about a specific functionality on the macro actions to start new side conversations.
