    Hi Job Thomas, we launched earlier this year the "Tag Reporting Improvements" EAP, which makes it much easier to define specific conditions to include and/or exclude tickets with specific tags. You can read more about this EAP in its community.

    Hi Job,

    If I understand you correctly, you want to see all tickets that are NOT being tagged with the spam tag.

    I just learned that you can hide a filter or a bookmark from a dashboard. Meaning that you can filter all tags in and then hide the filter so that all reports are displaying all the tickets who have the tags you want to see.

    Other than that, I'd say that you'd need to create reports that are excluding the tag you aren't interested in seeing.
