    Hey Nino,

    Are you trying to forward calls FROM a specific number or are you trying to forward calls TO an external number? It sounds like you may benefit from the Talk Overflow feature which will allow for you to route calls to an external number when agents are unavailable.

    Let me know if the above does not get you the results you're looking for.
