How to create an event to mark triggered chats on Google Analytics?

We are creating a Power Bi dashboard to control de Zenddesk chat in over 93 locations/websites worldwide and I need to know about "How to create an event to mark triggered chats on Google Analytics"?

Hi Marcelo,
Currently, that functionality does not exist and isn't an event we send to GA. We have no immediate plans to expand the events the widget sends to Google Analytics.

Hi Ramin, Ok that you have no immediate plans to expand the events the Widget sent to GA, but there is any other way to see Triggered data to Power BI dashboard?
EG: Can I use the Zendesk API to export the triggered data to Power BI?
Where I can see all KPIs that are exportable using the Zendesk API?

You can look at our REST APIs: https://developer.zendesk.com/rest_api/docs/chat/chats
There is a started_column that will tell you what chats have started by a trigger and you can do further analysis by filtering on tags.
