errors for users creating tickets

    I have a feeling this stems from when I merge their discord profile into their customer profile. (Just a theory)

    Hey, we have the same issue. All tickets fails on created or update. I contacted support, but they want us to post it here instead. running a pilot on this, so it would be great to see it fixed. :)
