I started looking into Content Cues more in detail now to improve our knowledge base and apply more of an knowledge intelligence approach. I love the Content Cues feature but:
I have submitted 2 tickets on this, however though I would ask the Community If you have the same issue?
I click on the topic with most tickets. The tickets content cues recommend me to investigate for that topic are all older than 60 days. 2 of the 3, have last comment in the ticket July 2018. Also last event in the ticket is from July 2018. 1 ticket has last comment and event from March 2019. But still more than 60 days.
When should the 60 days start? Is it based on last comment in ticket, last event? or when it was submitted?

The number of Views does not match Reporting in Zendesk > knowledge base > Total views. It does not match our google analytics views either.
So what is the views in content cues based on? I wonder.
In general, these two do not seem to work for me. Have you, my fellow Guide Community, noticed the same?
As I said I have submitted 2 tickets on this. But I could not find anything on Content Cues in the Community so though I would share my thoughts.
