Talk is telling customers that voicemail is full

    Hello Larry,

    Doesn't sound like this is about Zendesk Talk's voicemail capabilities. Did you try to dial the number yourself and see where you end up?

    Might be something in-between that's triggering this message. Or do your calls get forwarded externally by IVR or fallback?
