Internal Notes being sent to Customer
RespondidaWhen replying to the ticket generated by the Discord integration, the end-user is being sent the internal notes left through the support channel.

I'm not quite sure what you mean. I enter the notes in the "Internal" section of the Support ticket on Zendesk, and marked the case as solved. It then sent the internal notes I entered to the discord DM.

the trigger is what will push your notes to discord via json API

If I have put a customer's name in CC list, and If I have used the below in my conditions
Action is as below
Would the customer in CC list still receive the internal update done ?

No the CC shouldn't receive the internal
only public
