Who can sign up?
You must be a customer using Support + at least 1 other conversational product (For example, Support + Chat, Support + Talk, or Support + Chat + Talk). This EAP is open to all plan types.
How do I sign up?
If you'd like to participate in the agent workspace early access program, please complete this form to sign up.
If you meet the EAP requirements, you'll receive email when this feature has been turned on for your account. It will be enabled for all agents on your account.
