Using the current method to merge tickets is frustrating because you either have to:
- exit the Ticket merge window to find the ticket number you want to merge into or
- know/remember the ticket number you want to merge into or
- have the ticket you want to merge into appear in the recently viewed tickets section.
Can we have an option to find the ticket number we want without having to exit the merge window? Or can you allow merging into a selected ticket, e.g. I select 5 tickets and I want to merge into one of those tickets selected.
