Dear EAP Team,
how can we start a Internal Chat with another Agent easy in new Interface?
We didn´t find any option right now, but we want something like "Skype" in the end.
Right now, all Agents are in Zendesk, but we´re still asking in Skype can you check Ticket XYZ.
What´s Zendesk idea to integrate something like this into Zendesk?
Is Workspace right?
