I've been in touch with Support and have found out there is no functionality to prevent a customer from leaving profanity in the Satisfaction comment.
We would like to be able to have the following:
- prevent satisfaction update which contains profanity to be posted
- ability to redact words that have been posted to ticket via satisfaction comment
- have a way of previewing any feedback that may contain profanity/be inappropriate then allow it to be posted to ticket
From my conversation with Zendesk it seems the only workaround at the moment is the ability to delete the ticket.
We are due to go live with Satisfaction shortly, any help on the above will be appreciated :)
