It would make much sense to have a chat trigger condition based on clients language. Currently, there is no way to add tags to clients speaking Spanish to be assigned to agents who have Spanish skill. The only way to do so is by setting "visitors country", but that will require a lot of unnecessary work. Besides, this may not always be valid as in general people speak EN even though they live in not En speaking country.
