We have some important information in organization profiles, for instance main contact and phone number, and my agents need to access them. They can do so by finding a user of that organization and then switching to the organization tab, but if they don't have the name of an organization's member, they cannot browse for organizations in the "People" tab in the settings.
I understand only admins can edit organizations, but I need my agents to access this information without having the name of a user first, since we deal with corporate customers. Agents can access organization profiles already, so they should also be able to browse or search them by name.
