I've been told that CSAT ratings are not currently available in Side Conversations. I'm not even able to manually add a url each time I send an email through Side Conversations.
In order for our Support team to receive positive and negative feedback from clients and customers, we need to be able to include CSAT links in external emails.
Side Conversations is an amazing feature. It allows us to stay organized on each ticket, share information between team members (those who are agents and non-agents), and document information if closed cases are reopened later. Public Reply does not allow for all these things, but it does include CSAT rating urls.
Please let me know if there is a workaround here, or if CSAT could be added to Side Conversations. Thank you!
