    Hello Muharrem,

    Do I understand correctly that only one agent doesn't have the icon (anymore)?

    When you go to the agent's profile, is the toggle enabled on the left?

    When you enable it, the agent will have to refresh the browser, before the icon shows up!

    I my have responded via email, but let me post here too. Talk agent button is not showing up. I do not have the icon. Missing a setting?
