Dropped Chats
RespondidaAre there any plans to improve the chat logic for dropped chats? Currently the logic is showing chats that weren't dropped as dropped chats if for example the customer/end-user has the last reply instead of the agent.

Thanks so much for your question.
At this time we do not have a short term plan to change the definition, although we do have longer term plans on changing how the chat session behaves and could include what is considered a dropped chat. If we have additional details on timing for any changes we’ll let you know via a community post announcement.
