    Hey Jesse,

    I'm going to create a ticket on your behalf so our Customer Advocacy team can dig into this further. You'll receive an email shortly stating your ticket has been created. Can you reply back to that email with a link to where the widget is hosted as well as the code you're using?

    This will help our team figure out what is causing this issue.

    Hey Jesse,

    I'm wondering if this has something to do with the release of the Integrated Chat Experience and the switch made to the new Web Widget API - not sure if this could be the cause though.

    Would you be able to share a link to a location where you're facing this challenge?
