We actually have a couple of useful recipes that should help get you started here:

- Explore recipe: Getting resolution times (first reply, first resolution, and full resolution) based on tags
I also want to set the expectation that we at Zendesk are unable to assist with creating Explore reports from scratch. However, we're happy to point you in the right direction with any existing documentation we have available as well as reach out to any external resources (community members, moderators) that may be able to help.
