    Thanks for posting over here Rachael!  I've upvoted and am adding my own use case here as well.

    Our team has discussed using the mobile app as a way for leadership to triage tickets for escalation purposes.  In these scenarios, we want to have detailed customer information that is included in user and organization fields in addition to the details of existing tickets.  Having these details in the mobile app would allow our leadership team to be more mobile and aware of our customers needs and backgrounds while they are in on call scenarios.
