    Hi Martin Hwang, it's definitely possible to achieve this with a trigger, by using the condition Group » Changed:

    Then you can add a tag as a trigger action:

    You can also create a more specific escalation model by using a specific trigger for each group (its viability will depend on the number of groups you have, of course):
