First off I would like to say the bot is really useful and works well.
But. There are a few things you could do to improve it.
1) Merging a discord user (account created via discord) into a email user (created via email account) once these 2 accounts are merged the user can no longer create tickets.
2) A GUI to configure tickets or set up a PM to anyone that creates a ticket. Change the text when a ticket is created.
3) When a ticket is solved in zendesk automatically close it on the bot side, Atm you have to reply to it to close it.
