    not sure if i got this, but (3) is there any option on bot to set status on a ticket ? 

    I have a problem that all tickets are displayed when using command /ticket also solved/closed/deleted tickts. only me that has this issue?

    Hi Geir,

    The current integration doesn't allow the setting of status.

    When you use the command /ticket it will only pull back tickets for your profile. Are you seeing other users tickets as well?

    Setting status option is not a "needed" for now i think, but with command /ticket a user get "all" tickets registrated on that user, not other users tickets. "issue" is that it gives out all tickets, even the "deleted" once. We have tested "alot" and delete some ticket',s they also get listed. looks like the bot never for get anything :) but maybe that's the intention of the solution ?

    Any news on this issue. we still get listed out closed / solved tickets. And my user (have tested "alot) can't create tickets anymore. Get error message with /support. It's works for other users, so it looks like i hit a target for tickets or something. Anyone else have this issue ?
