    Hi Tarek. Getting grant flows working with Chat can be a bit tricky. I would actually recommend following the steps in this article -- it's a bit more detailed and is a good complement to the link you gave.

    Chat API tutorial: Generating an OAuth token

    If you still can't get things working, please submit a private request. This will allow sensitive details of your account to be looked at, including any error messages being returned by the call that you gave.
