We are doing some business development supporting our clients and potential clients using Zendesk.
In our sandbox we are building demos using multi-brands , however each client need different users fields and we cannot set user fields (profiles) against these brands we are restricted to one user profile. Raised this with the support team and they advised there is no Native Way to address this issue.
This makes the Multi-brand function limiting and not aligned to other functions:
- Views - you can set controls to isolate a particular Brand
- Ticket Fields can be Multi-branded
- Ticket Forms - option to apply to all brands or specific to a Form set up to manage a Brand's requirement
- User field - Can set them up by brand , but you cannot use for a specific brand , it seems to have only 1 default user profile.
Can I ask is there plans to improve the use of Multi-brand user profile , Customers would have different user fields requirements but using the current Multi - Brand we are limited to one default.
