Is it possible to have full visibility of the content within an automation in the 'Events' section other than just the name of the automation and a link to the specific automation please?
An example would be, i have a 'pending' automation which sends the customer an email notification after 24 hours of their ticket being in the pending status to remind the customer to respond otherwise we cannot proceed with their request. I can see the automation was triggered and a notification was sent to the customer, however, all the 'events' log shows me is which automation was sent and not the actual message that was sent to the customer.
We have a customer who is advising they don't remember receiving this reminder and i don't have a way of showing them the full trail.
