Custom Notification Sounds

I had worked with a couple of different CRM softwares before switching to Zendesk. Many of them have options to upload custom sound notifications for chats, or even new tickets. I was wondering if this feature can be added? I found this feature to be fun. It improves morale and agent satisfaction.

Thanks for sharing your feedback about having custom sound notifications. Currently, this option does not exist and we have no plans in the next 6 months to offer this level of customisation.
There are 17 sounds you can pick for each notification type in your settings today. Thank you for your response.
We reviewed the sound notification yesterday and was not thrilled with the selection.
Our team works in open-concept offices and often use headphones to improve concentration and focus. Many of the preset sounds are piercing and unpleasant especially when using headphones.
We would appreciate if you would consider developing this feature in the future.

Thanks for the feedback Doris. The only other recommendation I can suggest is you reduce the volume settings for the notifications so they are less piercing. With agents listening to music/videos, their laptop volume level can be high which can cause the chat notification volumes to be high also.
