We are debugging a JS implementation for saving custom fields on a ticket. But we ran into a very strange bug:
There are 2 fields: 'CUSTOM_INTERVENTIEADRES' and 'CUSTOM_IADRESS'CUSTOM_IADRESS = by default this is the interventionadress of the agent
CUSTOM_INTERVENTIEADRES = the text of CUSTOM_IADRESS.When a ticket is created with another 'CUSTOMER_INTERVENTIONADRESS' and we log this before saving we get the following:
The first line is 'CUSTOM_INTERVENTIONADRESS' and the second line 'CUSTOMER_IADRESS'.
When we do a postman call right after saving, the following fields are filled in:
