We have tickets with subtypes to choose from (usually about 3 layers) but currently we are only able to get/provide a url for the top ticket type. To accommodate this potential source of confusion we have articles with these listed out and descriptions provided for each ticket's use and when we provide the ticket link it is like this to show the selections the user will need to make from the various drop-downs:

but that link only leads to the Timekeeping & Time Off ticket and the user must select the other options from the drop-down fields in the ticket form. I'd love to be able to link directly to the Paid Time Off Balance ticket.
