Our team uses Zendesk talk and is not 24/7 so we rely heavily on schedules. I just found out that there's no way to set a schedule to start at different hours apart from the start of the hour or at half of the hour. For example, as you mentioned, you can only choose 6:00am or 6:30am (and not 6:15am).
Does anyone know of a workaround for this?
