In Explore impossible create report with two datasets - Chat and Ticket.
For us it`s problem, because our agent works in Chat and Support and we can`t compare agent productivity in chat and tickets. Now we use Insight for this task.
Best way to solve this problem it`s to make possible combine two datasets.It`s big problem in Explore. Strange, that it`s really good works in Insight and not implemented in Explore
