How do you eliminate an Agent from being CC'd when they are tagged in an internal note?

    HeyO Louie,

    That's a system behavior, so there isn't a way to prevent this from happening.

    The easiest workaround of which I'm aware is to select Stay On Ticket next to the submit button, save the comment with the @mention, then immediately remove the CC'd agent and re-submit the ticket.
