Viewing which tickets were affected by which triggers?

    Hello Mis,

    There is an old interface page that can be viewed and will show this information, but it will only show this for the last seven days. http://SUBDOMAIN.zendesk.com/rules/RULE_ID/tickets for subdomain you enter your subdomain and rule id is the id number of the trigger you are looking for.
