[Web Widget] How to change the Talk Callback Form?
Hello Zendesk Community,
I couldn't find anywhere if there's a way to change the Callback talk form when using the WebWidget.
I would like to change the Name and How can we help? to a required question.
I would also want to add one or two more custom fields (ex. When is the best time to call you back?)

+1 we need this. We would require entries for these fields and add a "Reason" drop-down field so we know how to manage the urgency of their call back request, and set certain SLAs depending on their selection. PLEASE MAKE CALL BACK FORM EDITABLE!!!

Customizing the Web Widget Talk callback form (including making fields mandatory) isn't possible currently. However, I'll log this as a feature request. Your feedback is much appreciated.
