How do I have tickets Auto Assign to Agents from different email addresses?

How do I assign any messages sent to these addresses to particular agents? I have had a look in triggers, but could not figure it out. We are on the essentials plan...
We want to be able to send emails, or have forms on our website send to these email addresses, and auto assign to our agents.
