Is there a way to Auto assign tickets?

    Hi Chasebaits USA,

    Thanks for submitting a question to our AMA! Are you aware if these email addresses have been added to the account as support addresses?

    If so, triggers can detect if emails have been sent through each support address and assign directly via a condition like:

    Received at > Is > technical@companyname.zendesk.com

    ..then an action of:

    Assignee > Agent Name
