    Hi Stefan Jonsson,

    Thanks for participating in our AMA!  While Zendesk doesn't support this natively, there is a pretty cool workaround available in this article.  This would at least get you a notification the day that you wanted a reminder.

    If you needed to get more granular, there are a couple of paid apps, Reminders and MyndBend, in the Zendesk Market Place that addresses this very issue.

    Since this feature doesn't currently exist, I would also suggest posting this in our Product Feedback forum page.  Hope this helps!
