I have tried to find a way for an agent to add a custom reminder on a ticket.
Let's say I have a ticket that I want to follow up in, say, 2 hours or perhaps at 1 pm tomorrow. I would like to have a way for my agents to set such custom reminders within Zendesk.
Ideally, the should be some sort of "remind me of this ticket" button or similar where you could have some predefined reminders, but also the ability to set your own time/date.
