Hi there, I'm looking to create a report to see how many new tickets an agent takes on per day (in the previous week).
A lot of the ticket metrics show total tickets answered in a day, or how many responses an agent sent, but rather than looking at ongoing tickets, I'd like to figure out a way to just narrow that down to new tickets taken on each day. Could it be something with Assignee being updated? I feel like I'm close but not quite there yet.
